Mr K Subba Rao is the founder and Managing Director of Anvika Enterprises Pvt Ltd, based out of Hyderabad. He is the first generation entrepreneur, with a vision to succeed and excel in the Facility Management business. He is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of rich experience in the field of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering along with Interior Designing. Under his leadership Anvika has seen growth and has reached the turnover of over USD 50Mn. The company has managed variety of projects spanning from USD 1Mn to USD 30Mn.

His team describes him as a patient and cheerful leader, who keeps his and his team’s stress in-check. He makes sure that everybody has a good work-life balance and have a team of highly satisfied employees which eventually leads to a good score of customer satisfaction.

Mr Vivekanad comes with 36 years of rich experience in FMS and O&M. He is an ex- army person, and is well versed with all technical, Soft services, Administrative and statutory documentations and operations. Strong in financial Management and P&L management. Before he joined Anvika Enterprises he was associated with Reliance, Meclean Integrated Services, Voltas and Sodexo Facility Management.

He has MBA (Finance) from JNTU, M.A (Public Administration) from Kakatiya University, B.E (Electrical Engineering) Equivalent from Indian Air Force.
